Returns & Refunds

All merchandise is made to order especially for you. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or items ordered by mistake. Please review product descriptions, size charts, and order details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us through our website’s contact form as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any relevant packaging.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or an appropriate refund. Please do not return an item unless we instruct you to do so.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
